EOS Employee Rates
As a member of the EOS Hospitality community, you and your immediate family members are eligible to book special reduced rates at any of our properties across the country. Scroll down to select a hotel, check availability, and make a reservation.
In addition to discounted room rates, you can also enjoy 50% off F&B purchases during your stay. When you arrive, the front desk team will provide you with an F&B discount card for 50% savings on F&B and retail purchases while on property.*
Please note, the Employee Travel Authorization form must be signed by a manager prior to your stay and presented upon check-in.
- One room per employee per reservation is allowed.
- The maximum stay per reservation is limited to five nights.
- Employee Rates can be booked up to six months prior to the arrival date. However, as daily forecasts may fluctuate, employees are advised to check the site periodically if their preferred dates are not available.
- Employee Rates are also open to immediate family members, including spouses, children, siblings, and parents of the employee.
- A completed Employee Rate form, approved by the employee’s General Manager, must be completed prior to check-in.
- Properties will waive Resort Fees and offer a 50% discount on parking. However, Destination Fees and Impact Fees will still apply.
- Employees and their immediate family members are also entitled to 50% off food and beverage at EOS outlets while traveling.
